Recalling that someone in the Biden Family bought parcel of land on Island close to Little St. James. Some sort of money shady money deal, that I have forgotten the details on.

Anyway there was a sub/port possibility. G. Maxwell knew how to operate some sort of sub.

Might be more to the dirt than just Hunter and money for Pop??? TBD.
