I may be wrong in my recollection, but wasn’t Weiner caught because the NYPD traced his sexting to a minor online and in real time? I don’t think he actually lost physical control of his laptop until the NYPD took it from him.

OK. Something I’ve been meaning to post regarding the major meltdown over the NY Post article on Hunter.
Recalling that someone in the Biden Family bought parcel of land on Island close to Little St. James. Some sort of money shady money deal, that I have forgotten the details on.
Anyway there was a sub/port possibility. G. Maxwell knew how to operate some sort of sub.
