Tucker is closer to being a real journalist, easily making Hannity look unprofessional and self-absorbed, by any comparison. (Oh, snap. Sean highjacking his guests did all this to himself.) Sean mistakenly thinks his audience tune in to hear only him. No self-awareness that it is his often stellar guests they tuned in to *try* to hear. Now, no one even cares who his guests are. We learned we would never get to hear them out, and we left. Grrr.ř If they're great, we know Tucker will receive them in a venue that allows them speaking time to tell their story.

Frustrating is that Hannity gets great guests, but just as they’re about to make an interesting point, he interrupts and cuts them off. Happens all the time, like clockwork. Tick. Tock.

Not too many can make the trip from major league talk radio to TV.

Sean is taught to repeat the same message as often as possible since he has a new audience every 15 minutes.

He also knows that if he gets the wrong person on talk radio he loses audience.

He has certain stuff he wants to get out over and over to get the message out. If his guests don't do it he will. Is it always pretty? Seldom. Is it major league talk radio? Yes.Does it always transfer over to TV? Seldom.

It's hard enough to become "journalistic" on the air abiding by many of the rules of print journalism. Who, what, when, where how, much less all the other constraints of: time, good and bad guests, tech, sponsor needs, network guidelines,it's not easy.

There's a set of rules Sean and Rush live by. The problem is Rush does it smoother and better than most making the rest look bad. Not on purpose just how it turns out.

I've been doing talk since 78’ and I'm not anywhere as good as either one of those guys. They are the best.
