Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

After watching that video, what if Xi means “civil war”. If there are 2 factions fighting for control in China, both are going to have their hooks into the military.

I think we may have multiple things habbening here in a confluence of events, or in a release-timing issue.
DJT’s determination to seat ACB ASAP might be because the SCOTUS is going to be critical in determining what to do with questions of tainted Presidential candidates and ballots already cast with his name on them.
And also what to do with Congress people of both sides in other matters that will arise.
Maybe all will not be revealed until 10/22 when ACB is to be voted upon.

At the 2:17 mark, the translation reads, “A fellow fighter of our Whistleblowers’ Movement,” but I cannot determine if his reference is to a fellow countryman, presuming the speaker is Chinese, or not.
Your observation seems plausible and preferrable to war with US.

As a general rule, before any tech starts working on a computer (or portable hard drive) the first thing they do is make a copy of the entire hard drive. Just in case.
