In other words, it’s wide open to anyone who requested a sample ballot booklet from their county elections office using any name they chose to use.

A fricking utility bill is NOT ID any illegal can bring a utility bil!! This is EXACTLY WHY in Ca. we are under ONE PARTY RULE!!!
We lost in 2018 every damn house seat BECAUSE they counted HARVESTED ballots for 2 weeks after the election!!! We won our Republican seats on Election Day THEN they harvested the # of votes needed and continued to count for 2 weeks THEN we lost every damn seat!!!
