Does that mean Pinkerton subcontracted the other vendor who employed the shooter?

The longer it took Pinkerton to issue a statement, the more negligent they appeared. Pinkerton needed to clear that statement with a brigade of lawyers. Now we learn Pinkerton failed to properly credential their sub-contractor security guard. Another layer of liability peeled back in the assassination onion.
