Made a call to CO. Shooter Matthew Dolloff has not been charged

Dolloff does have a concealed, carry permit.
Contrary to reports, not been charged.
No license to work in a security capacity.
Same bright blue mask, same pants, same shoes, etc. His khaki vest was visible on the ground where he was trolling the patriots immediately prior to the shooting.
It’s the Denver prosecutor I’m worried about. Rittenhouse’s self-defense case is far stronger than this fake security guard’s but no charges against him yet.
Does CO state law permit lethal force against a person employing a personal space protection spray ?

In 2010 Denver did not allow private security to carry fire arms let alone concealed carry. Any good security company Knows where a guard can carry in the state and what licenses are needed. Regarding tattoos, in the Bruce Willis film "Looper", his younger self scrawls a long waitress name into his arm, and the older self mentions there are other waitresses with short names. A fireman friend of mine tattooed his wife's name on his arm, only to divorce her shortly after the marriage. His new girlfriend didn't appreciate that reminder of the ex-wife. Young guys should not tattoo girls names!

If Dolloff knew that Keitner had a concealed gun, his reaching in an attempt to grab it might have been an attempt to get Keitner to reach for it, with Dolloff prepared to beat him to the draw.
But Keitner backed off instead and held on to his spray can.
The missing photos might show whether Dolloff pulled his gun out and aimed it at Keitner before or after Keitner sprayed.

Was Matthew Dolloff wearing a kelvar vest? He looks much thicker than his 5’11”, 145 lb frame. It would also explain his over-sized, loose shirt.
