I know, dear, I have been dealing with depression too. Some days worse than others. And days when I feel good mentally and do things I want to do, my body wears out and pain begins so that is depressing in itself. I have negative thoughts or feelings about dumb things, or at least I think so.

I’m sorry I missed them too.at that time.i went to several of Metallica concerts. Took my daughter and friends to Tool. Went with one son and one daughter and friends to Ozfest in Dallas, where he reunited with Black Sabbath. Concerts used to be my thing.

This is why I shared my challenge. There is a stigma for Christians who deal with depression. But, often, it is a chemical imbalance in the brain. Knowing that, and more importantly, having recourse to Scripture affirmation, I don’t have to listen to the voices in my head. I pray through it. I hope I have helped someone who reads this. It would be worth it if that were so.
