Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I am hearing that Wallace is getting slammed by almost everyone. Lots of comments on the Ingram Angle-she acted like she didn’t quite know what to say-obviously didn’t want to be negative about an associate in the workplace. I didn’t hear her disagree though.

You don't have enough information to make that call. What you do have is a tweet calling Biden the 'former democrat nominee', which they almost immediately deleted.
My basic opsec says maybe it wasn't an editing error and that it may have been a 'slip'.
Furthermore, my humungous brain tells me that knowledge of OPERATION REPLACE BIDEN (if it exists) may be more widely known by media derps than we would normally think. After all, they are the ones tasked with setting the stage, or plowing the field, if you will. They must write the stories and tweets that set up the operation.
