A Netflix spox Thursday defended the loathsome child exploitation of “Cuties” as award-winning “social commentary. Cuties is social commentary.... a powerful story about the pressure young girls face on social media and from society more generally growing up – and we’d encourage anyone who cares about these important issues to watch the movie.”
Netflix is pulling a con job on the public....they “say” they oppose what is graphically depicted on the film.
Now, members of Congress are demanding action be taken against Netflix including a possible investigation by the Department of Justice.

If it is indeed child porn then I will be there to denounce it. However, if it is just children trying to hone their skills to become professional dancers later in life through competition, then I expect you to also be against gymnastics, golf, tennis, figure ice skating and other female related activities that pretty much also have provocative outfits.
If you have never seen the show, then please reserve your opinion for those who have. You are no more guilty of the same thing the left has done with HCQ in the COVID pandemic.

Netflix gave it a 'Mature Audiences' rating. For a film about kids dancing. Consider that when you decide it's the same as golf.
What do y’all expect when these kids see the same thing during superbowl half time show. That is what cuties was all about. How our kids are subjected to this hip hop culture everyday and they want to emulate that and “fit in” with the cool kids. There was nothing wrong with the movie itself, it was a true depiction of what our youth are exposed to every day and it being normal and kids want to be like britany speers, miley cyrus, madonna etc. What is sickening is how this movie was marketed
They did the same with an Argentine film called ‘Desire’ which featured an 8 year old masturbating herself to orgasm with a cushion. Its difficult not to come to the conclusion that they have an agenda involving softening society up to accept this crap.
It just sounds boring.
Answering your question, I have not seen the movie, but have seen enough of the video clips to know that it IS child pornography that, sadly, moves the bar ever closer to complete normalization of sexualizing children at a younger and younger age. What amazes me is that so few people seem to be capable of being shocked or offended by this.

Then you should see it. That is why I said it was sickening the way they marketed it. And no, it is a long way from being child pornography. I would say no more than the girls gymnastics at the olympics when they are on the balance beam. I would say about the same level of exposure.Educate yourself what the movie is actually about .
Let’s face it...the 1950’s era is what a lot of FR is all about:
*Christian morals and values
*A normal American nuclear family
*Children who (mostly) respected and obeyed their parents
*Punishment for those who did what was contrary to normal society
*11-year-old girls played with dolls or helped their mother in the kitchen
*A father teaching his son how to be a true man would teach him respect for women. They would teach daughters how a man is supposed to respect and treat women
....and the kicker...
Men who looked at this kind of foul dreck were considered unfit for Normal society and, if found, were locked up in either a prison or mental facility. If in prison, and found out to be jailed for pedophilia, they were usually expected to endure a very short and painful life. One of the WORST things you could be accused of in prison is pedophilia.
That was not only true in the 50’s...it should be true TODAY.
