Professional sports are acting in unison to close the exits and force their politics down our throats. The latest news involves the NFL:
On a conference call on Tuesday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will imprint “End racism” and “It takes all of us” in the end zones at each stadium during the 2020 season.
“The NFL stands with the Black community, the players, clubs and fans confronting systemic racism,” Goodell said. “We will not relent in our work.”
However, the end zone designs is just one way the league will promote social justice this season.
According to the Associated Press [story here], the NFL will also allow similar visuals to be worn on players’ helmets and as patches on team caps. Players can choose either the name of a victim or one of four pre-approved phrases from the league to display on their helmets or caps: “Stop hate,” “It takes all of us,” “End racism” or “Black Lives Matter.” Coaches and on-field officials may wear the same.
As Ed Driscoll puts it, you may not be interested in the Gleichschaltung, but the Gleichschaltung is interested in you. We will have to tune out, turn [a book] on, and drop out.

Enough. The NFL had already become pretty much unwatchable under Goodell, but I’m not going to accept lectures and slogans from this cretin. I’m done.
I don't even hate the NFL anymore. It has morphed into complete apathy. I just don't care what spoiled, entitled grown men do with their balls on a court or field anymore.

The systemic racism is in the NFL, the NCAA recruitment. Whites are caste oit of amost every position at the recruiting level on up. It is a minor miracle for a white defensive player, running back or wide receiver to break through the glass ceiling. High school skill white kids who are even considered at all are told flat out to bulk up and change positions or forget about it altogether. D1 whites need not apply unless they are Oline, tight end or top QBs.

If you stage a boycott, that implies that you'll go back if/when they change their ways. But that's not happening. Anyone who stopped watching the NFL before this has already found other things to do with their time and won't bother wasting their Sunday afternoons watching that dull sh!t anymore.

I heard, but did not see, that some idiot on MSNBC mocked him for standing for the flag, as some kind of stunt.
How can liberals, who lecture us that Love Trumps Hate, and that we have to be compassionate and all that, make a political statement against someone in a wheelchair who wants to make the effort to stand for our flag???? What kind of mindset can conceive of such thoughts in the first place???
