Almost every incumbent back to Gerald Ford has lost the 1st presidential debate. The sole exception, arguably, was Bill Clinton. I would rate Biden more likely to win the 1st debate simply because expectations are so low. The winner of the debate does not always win the election.

I worked this job last week with some late 40's-50's working-class guys who said "we're all Democrats but voting for Trump", while saying Q Anon was "insane" and talking about their recent gun purchases.
