Biden Admits Plagiarizing in Law School (1987 Article)

An emotional Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) yesterday acknowledged he had plagiarized in a paper he submitted while a first-year law student in 1965, but defended his integrity and vowed to remain a candidate for his party's presidential nomination.

"I did something very stupid 23 years ago," Biden, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said at a crowded news conference he convened to try to dispose of burgeoning charges of plagiarism -- past and present -- that have threatened his candidacy.

He said his 1965 "mistake" was neither intentional nor "malevolent," noted that the faculty of the Syracuse University Law School had allowed him to repeat the course -- after initially flunking him for lifting without citation five pages from a published law review,

Didn’t he also plagiarize more recently? Even though the First Lady was caught at it in recent years as well.

Montana Democrat Senator John Walsh withdrew from his Senate campaign when he was caught plagiarizing at a military school.

Didn’t he drop out of one of his presidential bids because he was caught plagiarizing material form someone in England in one of the speeches he gave?

Absolutely.

No consequences for any of his mis-steps.

Plagiarizing Paper — no problem.

Affair with married woman — no problem

Plagiarizing speeches in last century — no problem.

Brother fed government contracts — no problem.

Drugie son given milions with dad’s support — no problem

Pedophile type behavior (compulsive) when near young girls — no problem

Accused of sexual assault — no problem

Involved in spying on Trump — no problem

Involved in targeting the NSA apointee of new President — no problem

obvious dementia — no problem

The only people with problems are the American public.

This is just another part of the two tier justice system in our Republic:
Democrat...commit an offense...apologize or deny..just move on nothing to see.

Republican...commit an offense...resign or go to prison.
