She, or someone should have called the cops while she had him there. There's always the possibility he could come back with a weapon. Thugs don't like to be disrespected or humiliated, especially by a woman. I hope she realizes that.

The one thing I learned working in uniform in NY State's prison system for 25 years, is that street thugs hold grudges for many years. If they had a problem with someone on the street, and they run into that same person, or someone related to that person, they will seek revenge any way they can.
