Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

In the book Shogun (which I think accurately depicts some aspects of history), the Catholic Church, Jesuits in particular, were in Japan when westerners first went there. They were political and power hungry, and were aiding Spain in their attempt to bring Japan into their sphere of influence.
There were also Fransiscan (sic) monks there, who were only in the business of converting the Japanese to Christianity.
St Francis Xavier and a couple Jesuit companions arrived in Japan and had some success converting the locals, about 100,000 joined. The Pope made Japan a part of a Portuguese diocese. The Franciscans who came later were sponsored by Spain. While they were both supposed to put God above all, being human and beholden to their sponsoring States, rivalry ensued. It always does when humans are involved. The Franciscans are indeed a mendicant order but that does not make them above petty politics.
Is that why Trump just yesterday challenged Barr to be a great AG or just an average one? There can be no greatness for Barr without indictments.
