It is difficult to convince a young female Democrat to switch even in these instances. They are generally so consumed with abortions and equal pay that those issues trump everything else including their safety.
But some of these men who vote Democrat need reality checks. There is little or nothing the Dem party offers them. Wake up.

A guy moved down here last year from NY City and I asked why did he move. He told me that the high taxes were killing him and his family.

Something most here may be missing about the NYC exodus. Wealthy people in NYC are more likely to own their condo apartments than rent. And the listing prices for NYC condos have been taking a bath.
The wealthy neighborhoods have AVERAGE condo prices in the $2-$7 million range, and they have been seeing listing prices drop by double digit percentages.
You have some wealthy people seeing serious depreciation of their asset values. They can’t be very happy now.

I agree however I think there is something we should consider.
As the rich flee rel estate prices are tanking and we are talking about billions here. Once they have hit rock bottom dem developers will come in and buy everything at fire sale prices.
Only then will they start to enforce the law to bring the prices back up.
