Daughter (17 y/o ) Felt sick for 3 days, sleeping all day, had her tested and it came up positive. Probably Caught it at a lacrosse tournament. Weird we have to quarantine her in her own house. Looking into Hydroxychloroquine and no one will touch it. I live in a Baltimore suburb. Everything gets real when it hits home like this
Check out the protocol developed by Eastern Virginia Medical School. Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, melatonin for mildly symptomatic patients. Quercertin fills the role of HCQ. All available over the counter.
I think any vitamin D3 would work.
I take a D3 + K2 tablet. and occasionally an extra D3.
I had it. Nothing like cold. No congestion or runny noise. Weak in bed over a week. No appetite. Weak like if you have pneumonia.

Or separate products zinc and quercetin, at any health food/vitamin store. The Walmart product is not likely available in-store: It is a third-party vendor product. I would have a friend (not exposed) go out and get these tomorrow and drop them off at front door. Also, ivermectin, if they happen to know a vet or a horse person or even dog owner using it for parasites. Ivermectin at this stage will stop the virus in its tracks. NAC also, at health food store for lung protection.

If it’s any consolation, an elderly friend got it (he has 25% lung function) and other than a fever and body aches he’s recovered. Annoyed that the doctors wanted him to stay out of his wood shop.
D takes months to build up to a therapeutic level.

I tested today as a customer was in my office a week ago and we found out yesterday he was positive .
Pretty sure I wasn’t infected, but want to make sure I don’t expose others if I was carrying it.
