Many different ways. I like blackened, but there is so many ways to cook it i like all of them.
What kind of spices do you use to Blacken it?

This girl is a music teacher and organist for a local church. There will be I’m sure a big open space for a piano and other instruments. She makes cakes and cupcakes for family and friends. The cake she made and brought over was beautiful. The cherry pie had decorations of stars on the top. So open is necessary for working with other family members shucking corn,canning and many farm duties.

jemian, I have to admit that I have started doing that too. Although not quite to the blackened stage. When I overcooked the salmon on one side once we discovered we loved having that bit of a almost burnt crust on one side. It was very nice textually. Then I don’t cook the other side much at all, so it is moist inside.
That does sound like fun, all that canning and farm stuff.
