I guess according to Wisconsin officials, vigilante gunfights are preferable to deploying a sufficiently large National Guard force. It seems that these democrat governors think that rioting looting arson and destruction in their cities is going to defeat President Trump in the next election. The governors do not understand that people in most parts of the country are not having these riots and do not want them coming to their cities. They are not blaming President Trump for the riots.
