I’m thankful the whole family went to the meeting, especially my husband. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, nonbreaded meats, and limited carbs will make for a healthy lifestyle and erase any damage that has been done to our bodies.
Extra bonus: savings on not buying “junk food”.
The nutritionist brought out a bottle of COKE and a container with the amount of sugar that was in it. It instantly took my craving away for pop.
The libs have done an excellent job of creating major chaos in our country and in households, work places, recreation.
And the amusing (disgusting?) thing is that they accuse the right of all the problems and issues now in our country and world. Trump destroying the economy. Trump creating racial devision. Trump inciting anarchy.
on my daily jaunt home I stopped at Walgreens to pick up some scripts.. also got Wal-zyr.. 150 capsules. 10mg . 24 hour .. guess one a day is the recommended . I already do zinc, d3, turmeric plus a lot of other supplements
My brakes are shot in my van. Just no way to get them fixed at this point. not going too fast and gently on the touch with them. Prayers every times I turn the ignition.
Have some black (dry) and brown rice soup in crock pot. Smells wonderful. Garlic, onions, fresh parsley, basil, fennel seed, bit of tomato paste and cooked in Better than Bullion veggie broth... Love soup year round = even when it is warm.
I thought the President would automatically serve another term if the nation was under a state of emergency, which it is.
