Another non drug essential oils for pain from shingles;cold sores and mouth sores:

“Nobody appreciates a break out of any of the above-listed conditions. They can be painful, irritating and embarrassing, causing problems that reach into every corner of a person’s life. As bergamot is rich in antioxidants, it can help to quench the free radicals of the body which lead to bacterial infections which underpin outbreaks of cold sores, herpes, and ulcers.

Applying bergamot essential oil directly to these symptoms can have incredible results, alleviating the irritating symptoms, reducing the visibility of unsightly blisters or blemishes and preventing the further spread of the infection.

When someone is blighted with herpes, it can be a lifelong affliction where a person is periodically plagued with breakouts and blisters, meaning that anything which serves to make things even a little better, is likely to be a welcome addition to someone’s life. The fact that bergamot essential oil is naturally occurring is even better.”

Also, if you like tea, Earl Grey tea has bergamot in it, and the taste is nice!
Okay-all done now, I promise!

I am so sorry that it has lasted and lasted for you. Mine seems to have worn off during this covid cowardness. I think the anger I have over this imposition overshadowed the pain I was feeling and it disappeared.

I remember times when I misunderstood a situation and misjudged others. I think we all do it. I am trying to remember now to be more forebearing as others express themselves.

I don’t do the 6 feet, mask nonsense. Tomorrow hubby and I are off to another state. Funeral on Saturday. The matriarch of a friend’s family passed away suddenly on Tuesday, I think, of a heart attack. We’ll travel tomorrow, funeral on Saturday and then home Sunday. Hubby starts teaching again on Sunday night. Many of the teachers are in other countries. Hubby here, another in Canada, I think one in England. A few students will be in person at the school, but it is going to be weird.

Anyway, we’re traveling but not quite as far north as Ohio.

What I am trying most to convey, is that arginine plays a heavy roll here.
People who suffer from herpes will always have it during their entire lives. It can lay dormant for a long time, and then BAM! You have it again.

My point is, is that L-Lysine suppresses /reduces the herpes virus’ ability to replicate itself.
I will show you another article here, to explain further:

https://www.bioceuticals.com.au/education/article/arginine-and-its-effects-on-viral-replication.

As far as good foods that can do bad things sometimes, that is more prevalent than a lot of people think.

look at milk for instance.
people love it and enjoy it in cereal or with cookies, etc.
Ice cream is adored by millions.

For those of us go are lactose intolerant-we would be in misery if Lactaid capsules are not taken prior to eating or drinking it.

People who are having an attack of shingles should avoid eating foods that have a lot of arginine, because the virus needs it to replicate, basically.
It would be like throwing gasoline on a fire.

L-lysine helps to suppress that ability.

I have not given up the foods that are listed, but neither do I eat tons of it.
L-Lysine has worked great for me, and I am only trying to help sweeties friend find a better way to help get rid of it (for awhile-cause it could come back) and to be more comfortable.

The vaccine has worked very well for some folks, so there is that too!
Love you, and great to see you!

Michigan held a primary on August 4, two weeks ago. Almost one million people voted in person. There were 801 new covid cases in MI on 8/4. There were 653 new cases yesterday. In-person voting can be done safely. Ds and media need to stop scaring people about in-person voting.— Ari Fleischer (@AriFleischer) August 19, 2020
