I like the idea that when the next Congressional redistricting takes place in certain states, that illegal aliens will not be included in how has voting power in Congress.

Trump is so clever. This will force Democrats to side with illegal aliens when they take it to court.
It will either be a precedent setting win or a close loss. Trump wins in either case.
If the court says yes of course America wins.
If the court says no Democrats will have gone to court to fight American citizens to take from them to give to illegal aliens AND it will scare illegal aliens out of declaring themselves on the census now.
If it loses in SC Trump will say this is why you need me to appoint judges who will follow the constitution. That will help in re-election.
BTW of course there is precedent against this but so what? Trump will have engineered a win/ break even against Pelosi who will be put into a lose/break even situation. It’s a beautiful thing.
They need to be counted and they need to be counted as either: non-citizens here legally or non-citizens here illegally. But that ship has sailed. On the grounds that it’s racist or hateful or something for asking legitimate questions like that.
The problem is, there are no rules.
Depending on who is in charge, you count them (Democrats, RINOS) or you don’t count them (Americans).
Currently, they are counted. As a result, California has 5-7 Congressmen they don’t deserve.
They don’t count foreign tourists who are in the United States on April 1st, but they do count illegal aliens. That’s the kind of non-logic that a John Roberts would come up with.
