The comments sound like some of my crazy ignorant relatives who lived in Oregon and grew weed and now have moved on to Washington State. I pray they never come back to Indiana or Kentucky again.

I saw Leo Terrell on Vannity last night. That guy seems so much HAPPIER since he saw the light! Honestly, he smiles and even LAUGHS at times. He’s a delight to see now. He used to be so angry and hateful. What a change lol.

So cannot open schools where there might be education but can open day care facilities where there will be sitting around. OK ..... Exactly.
For all of our lives we have been preached to about how important education, especially early education, is for our kids. For about the last 30 years we have been told how American kids are falling way behind the rest of the world. We started all of these STEM programs to emphasize science & tech in hopes of catching up.
Now, all of a sudden education doesn't matter one iota. Why aren't parents screaming in the streets about their kids' future & lack of education? How long are they going to allow their kids to go uneducated? Why are they willing to sacrifice their children's future?
What happened to the importance of youth sports? Remember when they told us how we needed night basketball, boxing rings, soccer fields... to keep the kids off the streets & cut crime? What happened to all of that?
I've said it before, but every weekend, if not every day, almost every kid participated in sports or other extracurricular activity. Now all that has been stopped. Why are parents not resisting? Do they not care anymore? How could it be one of the central themes in many people's lives, then it is taken away & nobody seems to be complaining?
I don't understand any of it.

I heard yesterday that the largest school system in Alabama, Mobile County Schools, will be online for the first nine weeks of school this school year. This is a disaster. Disaster.

This is a disaster. Disaster Yes it is. Somebody has got to buck this trend. Maybe private schools will open up. It is absolutely crazy.
When my kid's schools shut down in March, a couple of weeks later they were told that whatever grade they had at the shutdown would be the lowest grade they would get for the semester. They could improve it, but it would not be lowered. Attending the online classes would be voluntary. Of course, very few kids did the online classes. The schools & teachers weren't set up for online classes. It was a disaster & will be again, as I don't see that they have done anything to change the system.
Young kids aren't getting sick. If the teachers don't want to work, fire them & get new teachers.
I remember when air traffic controllers didn't want to work. They were fired. I remember when umpires didn't want to work, they were replaced. Why should teachers get paid for not teaching?

"Big in Japan" meant you were horrible.
Don't let Twitter fool you into thinking you're important.
In the realm of geopolitics, we don't matter.
Our only job is to reelect Trump.By keeping Trump important, WE are important.
If we crap out on Trump, we deserve to live in world where people think Twitter matters.
