Pres Trump says he'll be looking at a pardon for former campaign advisor Roger Stone, scheduled to begin prison term next Tuesday. In response to a question on departing WH, Pres said Stone was unfairly treated.— Mark Knoller (@markknoller) July 10, 2020
I believe you are correct. We really need to get the gov’t out of the student loan business. It wouldn’t solve everything, but I think it would be a big step to eliminating some of the BS degrees. I think it would also lead to lower tuition.
Has your son practiced playing/pitching with a mask?
Owner of Goya has stated he will not back down.
#Goya is a staple in nearly every Hispanic South Floridian household. Thanks @GoyaFoods for refusing to kneel to the mob. So many Cubans and Venezuelans here in South Florida fled socialism, and know the horrors firsthand! #BuyGoya— Eric Matheny🎙 (@EricMMatheny) July 10, 2020
Judge Emmet Sullivan wants full D.C. Circuit to overule Order requiring him to dismiss Michael Flynn case
What happens next is the full court of active judges needs to vote on whether to accept the case for en banc hearing. If so, then the court would consider the merits of the Petition.
Whats the result going to be? I dont mean to be overly cynical, but the panel decision split along party lines:
The decision came from a conservative-leaning panel on a court that overall leans to the left. It was written by Judge Neomi Rao, a Trump appointee, and joined by Judge Karen Henderson, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush. Judge Robert Wilkins, an Obama appointee, dissented.
I know, I know, Chief Justice Roberts told us We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges .
Umm, okay, sure. Seven of the D.C. Circuit active judges were appointed by Democrats, four by Republicans.
If the full Court takes the case for rehearing, cynical me says Flynn will lose. But the full Court may refuse to take the case.
The judge isn't even a part to the suit - how can he keep doing this? How many places can he appeal this to? Maybe there is an Elks Club meeting tonight that he can ask them for a review.
Rush made a good point earlier about Durham. Durham says he doesn’t want to influence the election. What is the point of his investigation? Is the point to get to the bottom of what happened & uphold justice because nobody is above the law? Or is the point to influence, one way or the other, an election?

But heres how Trump can win the November election: he announces plans to tear down the White House, a symbol of white oppression (as it was built with slave labour) and he, master builder, builds a new, magnificently modern/classic Presidential House (to escape the word White. Hopefully, not in gold gilt!

newspapers captured McCausland’s rescue.[/caption] Speculation of sabotage surrounded the 1972 crash as ties to the Watergate scandal surfaced (Ashburn, Va.) - On December 8, 1972, Marguerite McCausland was a 37-year-old flight attendant for United Airlines en route from Washington, D.C. to Chicago to Omaha when tragedy struck. The Boeing 737 she was on suddenly fell from the sky, crashing into several Chicago houses just over one mile from Chicago Midway Airport. According to the official National Transportation Safety Board aircraft accident report, probable cause for the accident was due to “the captain’s failure to exercise positive flight management during the execution of a nonprecision approach”.
*******************************
(NIKK-Mixed signals from the air traffic tower) It was said that Mrs. Hunt had on her a half of million dollars...and Michelle Clark knew the real reason for Watergate...being to get pictures of who were in Dallas on President Kennedy’s killing. And as E. Howard Hunt served his sentence in jail......he came out of prison a millionaire. The day of the plane accident there were many FBI in cars around the crash site even before the police and emergency vehicles arrived. Neighbors told this and it was hushed.
***************************
Of the 61 passengers and crew on board, only 18 survived. Ashby Ponds resident, Marguerite McCausland, was one of those survivors. To this day, Marguerite distinctly remembers how rapidly the crash occurred. “It all happened so quickly,” said Marguerite. “All I can remember is someone saying ‘We’re going to crash’”. Marguerite said that her usual schedule included coast-to-coast trips from D.C. to California, but that she worked flight 553 that day so she could have a longer vacation over the holidays.
According to reports, the aircraft stalled at approximately 500 feet in the air on the descent into Chicago Midway Airport prior to crashing. The plane had split in two pieces.
After the crash, rumors began to swirl about the possibility of sabotage to flight 553. On the plane that day was Dorothy Hunt, wife of Watergate scandal conspirator E. Howard Hunt, with $10,000 in cash in her purse rumored to be a partial payoff for the burglars.
Also on the plane was CBS journalist Michelle Clark, who was allegedly working on a story on the Watergate scandal.******************** However, the accident report concluded that “no evidence was found of sabotage or foul play in connection with this accident.”*************** Looking back forty years ago.

Stop acting like these leftists actually support freedom of speech and that if we just explain how what theyre doing is censorship theyll slap their foreheads with their palms and change course.
They wont change until we hit back. 1/
That change is not going to come because they suddenly rediscover the value of free expression. They dont believe it has any value except as a shield to protect themselves.
They never intended free-speech to be exercised by their opponents, us. 2/
What they are doing now with this cancellation strategy is trying to intimidate us into submission by exercising soft power, power that exists largely because we consent to it.
But soft power is just that, soft. 3/
These aspiring Maoists never actually studied what Mao said.
Remember what he said power grows out of?
The barrel of a gun, not a blue checks keyboard.
And who has the guns? 4/
Right now, because leftists control the institutions, this kind of soft power predominates. But people dont just conform to the paradigm of their oppressors.
They will exercise their own kind of power if the legitimacy of the system that restrained them previously fails. 5/
In other words, the people oppressed by the soft power of our liberal elite are not going to merely shrug and submit in the long run. They are going to exercise their own kind of power.
One kind is political power. Thats how we got Trump. 6/
But there is a coordinated attack on the ability of normal people to use their political power. These include the ongoing attempts to rig the elections by the Democrats and the use of government institutions to neuter Trumps ability to act on behalf of those who elected him. 7/
Pushed far enough, normal people will react to a system that fails to provide them any voice or any protection with the only kind of power remaining that they can exercise.
Force.
History is full of such examples. I saw the consequences of that happening in the Balkans. 8/
The liberal establishment thinks they can stop history and lock-in a grim status quo of permanent subjugation enforced by social media shaming and cultural cancellation. But eventually, normal people are going to revolt. 9/
And if that happens, they are going to find out the norms and rules they so cavalierly disposed of because they provided an obstacle to their own power are not going to be there to protect them when things gets real.
And they are so dumb that they will be surprised. 10/

Glad you are able to get out and visit. A barbecue sounds like fun, what should I bring?
No I’m done with gluten-free! I was on it about three weeks and had some of my worst eye pain. So I decided that gluten probably isn’t a cause of my inflammation. Back to the Mediterranean diet. It is so much cheaper also! I can’t believe I paid $6 for a loaf of puny horrible tasting bread. Now I don’t know what to do with it. I doubt if the birds will eat it.
You can bring whatever your little heart desires.
Would be so much fun!!!
