Sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately our side yard had 4 huge hemlock trees. They cut them down but the roots are everywhere. Making it impossible to dig in many places. So I have planted all my flowers on top of the ground. I have placed pounds and pounds of dirt on the yard. It’s made for ideal draining but really cost doing it. Much easier for my old back.

Pres Trump opens meeting on reopening nation's schools. Calls if of "vital importance." Says reopening schools wanted by dads, moms and even kids. Mrs Trump says it's not just education that kids need, but also their friends, laughter, recess and play.
