A Suggestion for Those Feeling Angry, Depressed, Overwhelmed...
We are experiencing non-stop gaslighting/PSYOPs for the purpose of sowing discord, apathy, and demoralization.
Hate yields hate.
Love yields Love.
Everyone needs enough exposure to love to counter the hate.Kinda like a bank account. Make deposits of good/love, but don’t over draw the account with reception of negativity/hate filled rhetoric. The gaslighting and PSYOPs can drain a person and leave the account deficient for the next round of negative messages.
This is one reason I check OSWEDA posts last at night and before going to sleep-because he usually has a positive one or two. And I force myself to stay off the computer and do chores while playing cheerful music and Gospel songs. Also mandatory to do something in the Garden daily. And of course, prayers and thanks for all the good in my life.
Just my method of coping—and I’ll also mention that studies have shown that a walk outdoors is more effective than meds for treating depression. ~ greeneyes

I feel everything you’re saying, and I vacillate between wanting to peacefully teach people and achieve an understanding, and wanting to kick the living snot out of every one of those thugs out there looting, destroying, beating, and trying to wreck our country’s history and heritage.
To me, it’s an act of war. But I keep pushing those angry thoughts back the best I can. An angry rebuttal is what they want. The punks in the streets - they are just pawns in an evil chess game being played by the left. Trump knows this. We know this. Yet, the urge to wipe out some pawns is a recurring feeling with me.
You’re right to pray. I should be doing more of that. I’m fortunate that I can still go to work, hit the gym, work on the yard, all that. Distractions from the trouble, though it does sit in the back of my mind, wanting to come out at times.

First, Breathe! God has given us our every breath and heartbeat.
We are in a time where the world thinks right is wrong and wrong is right. We are to hold fast to our faith and trust in the Lord for He has planned good for us and not bad. It is time to rest in the arms of Jesus, to pray for those who despitefully use us for righteousness sake. God tells us that our prayers will avail much, He also tells us when we pray for our enemies He will place hot coals upon their head. I have always understood this to mean God will bring about a change of mind to our enemies.
Jesus also told us we are either for Him or against Him. There are NO gray areas concerning God. We also know we win in the end for we glory in the cross by grace through faith and that not of ourselves lest any man should boast. Our enemies are boastful and chase after false and empty idols, they will receive their rewards on earth while we look forward to our heavenly home.
My desire is to be like Joshua and take up the sword in righteous indignation to slay our enemies however, perhaps we are to be like Nehemiah. Rebuilding the walls of our nation with a sword in one hand to be ready to fight those that might come against us. Still yet Jesus told us to love our neighbors as ourselves. In the end we must run the good race knowing to live is Christ and to die is gain, yet it is so hard not to assertively go after those who attack this land we love and shake them to their senses.
In the end, I will trust in the Lord, live peaceably with all men as much as is possible, be prepared to defend my family, and know that the Lord saw all of this before He breathed the universe into existence and He has never been surprised.
I do not believe we are in the end times yet, however each day brings this world closer. We know that in those days there will be even more evil than this day. We must stand in the gap and strive to reach the lost spiritually as we Red Pill politically in hopes that some will see the light before it is too late. Be of good cheer, the Lord is with us and there is much work to be done so let us not be weary in well doing!

It’s the sign language alphabet spelling out the WWG1WGA.
However, the W is missing from the beginning word - it spells here instead of Where. It should have started with the 3 fingers up and apart, and the pinky and thumb touching/down.
Many years ago, I learned this alphabet - and used to be able to run through it fairly quickly—but have forgotten a few of letters. Remembered enough to decipher it.
I love that, WWG1WGA in sign language.

I think the worst part about it is watching people that I know, that I thought were “ok”, even family members, being fooled by the media and the deep state. It’s saddening, and my normal reaction to “sad” is anger.
