A Suggestion for Those Feeling Angry, Depressed, Overwhelmed...
We are experiencing non-stop gaslighting/PSYOPs for the purpose of sowing discord, apathy, and demoralization.
Hate yields hate.
Love yields Love.
Everyone needs enough exposure to love to counter the hate.Kinda like a bank account. Make deposits of good/love, but don’t over draw the account with reception of negativity/hate filled rhetoric. The gaslighting and PSYOPs can drain a person and leave the account deficient for the next round of negative messages.
This is one reason I check OSWEDA posts last at night and before going to sleep-because he usually has a positive one or two. And I force myself to stay off the computer and do chores while playing cheerful music and Gospel songs. Also mandatory to do something in the Garden daily. And of course, prayers and thanks for all the good in my life.
Just my method of coping—and I’ll also mention that studies have shown that a walk outdoors is more effective than meds for treating depression. ~ greeneyes

I think the worst part about it is watching people that I know, that I thought were “ok”, even family members, being fooled by the media and the deep state. It’s saddening, and my normal reaction to “sad” is anger.

After I reposted greeneyes’ suggestion for dealing with negative emotion, someone sent me a pm about the America Prayer thread.
I had gone there in a fit of frustration a few days ago and just venting my concerns before God helped me restore my sense of balance. I think part of the balance I received from posting that prayer is I tried to see things more objectively before I posted because I didn’t want to just blast away at others’ more positive frame of mind - and that redirect started moving me toward a more productive frame of mind. I thought my prayer only served my irritation, and felt a bit apologetic about parking it on the America Prayer thread, but the writer of that email today said she went to the same thread and found the prayer too.
If we vent our frustration in prayer before God on the America prayer thread when we are really stressing out, maybe others will sometimes find support as well, in each others prayers.

I get it, but the left is skilled at running out the clock, and we only have about 130 days before the election. Heavy, shock-and-awe boomage in high quantities and at a quick pace is now a necessity.
