Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office deceived the country and a federal court about former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s late-December 2016 conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Now, more than three years later, Americans are only first learning about that deception thanks to the release of recently declassified transcripts of the calls.
Newly confirmed Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Friday shared with congressional oversight committees the summaries and transcripts of intercepted communications between Flynn and Kislyak. The move followed former acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell’s decision to declassify nearly all portions of the Flynn-Kislyak telephone conversations from late 2016 and early 2017.
The transcripts prove a treasure trove of evidence of the Deep State’s plot to frame Flynn, who pleaded guilty Dec. 1, 2017, to making false statements to FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka during a Jan. 24, 2017 interview of Flynn. In a “Statement of Offense” filed that same day with the D.C. District Court, federal prosecutor and Mueller team member Brandon Van Grack “stipulate[d] and agree[d]” that the facts detailed in the Statement of Offense were “true and accurate.”

Barr, I know you tried to get the case dropped just so that no more DOJ dirty laundry would get aired but it’s still coming out. Eventually you need to stop trying to hide it all and actually DO SOMETHING about it. Anything at all would be a good start.

But Flynn did not lie. They lied.
That is obstruction of justice, seems to me.
Probably perjury, as well.
By the standards they used, Van Grack should face criminal charges.

The Kislyak call is a carbon copy of the Russian lawyer Trump tower meeting: a total set up and pretext to assault Trump and his supporters.
Of course they lied, just like any of these leftists will lie about you or I should we dare to confront them with their criminal activities.
This is what you should expect, folks, if you chose to fight these people. They will lie, disparage, and destroy your name using the power of the press and social media to seed lies about you.
Leftists (i.e. democrats) are your enemy, folks and do not for one moment think they would not kill you where you stand if they knew they could get away with it. That is what all of these riots are about. They know (all of those democrat voters) that the vast number of them will get away with their crimes.

The criminal complaint against Flynn asserted that he had discussed easing sanctions with Russian ambassador and lied about it to FBI agents. During the FBI interview Flynn actually said he wasn’t sure, bht the FBI 302 form was later doctored by Strzok (which is against FBI rules) to say that Flynn told the FBI agents that he stated that had not and lied about it.
The transcript of the phone call revealed that Flynn was right: He never mentioned sanctions at all. (The Russian ambassador did at one point mention the word ‘sanctions’ but Flynn ignored it and he immediately steered the discussion back to defeating ISIS.) There was no mention of sanctions anywhere else in the transcript.
The whole criminal complaint is a complete fabrication.

Well, hopefully the Agendanista, Activist DemocRAT Judge Sullivan will have received and acted on a Writ of Mandamus before then.
It will then be a true INDEPENDENCE DAY for General Flynn.
