Perhaps. Or perhaps this kneel on the neck thing is more of a widespread police practice than we realize.

It would be interesting to know if pictures of black police officers in Africa or the Caribbean kneeling on the necks of black suspects or even non-black suspects can be found.

For some reason, I can’t help thinking that the producers of “Cops” are going through the archives and having every single frame of footage of a police officer kneeling on the neck of a white person scrubbed.
