I’m sorry my post was unclear - please pardon my sloppy writing. I agree that the theory under discussion is that POTUS flipped others, and I was saying he’d be guilty of crimes Obama committed if he directed those he flipped to commit crimes etc.

Could be. WE only had a 7.62mm NATO (.308). They were built by the armorers with a Remington 700 receiver married to a match barrel. We used an Unertl scope and we were authorized to use deadly force to stop people from taking a picture of one.

You had to use a NATO round because you couldn't shoot an enemy combatant with anything else. They are designed not to expand too much or to fragment so that the person has a better chance of survival and not getting maimed too bad if you don't kill him outright. Them were the rules of war.
