My son had physical theophy last year on his knee. Humana and my husband have told the place it’s covered under Humana. They kept trying to get payment from my son. My husband is very good in trouble shooting because it’s what he pretty much did for years at Humana. He even worked out the entire work for the rehab place. The dingbats are still confused and my husband has told Humana it isn’t anything they’re doing wrong it’s the stupid people at the rehab. When an insurance company works with a customer against a medical place it’s a big deal...lol. So Rusty stupid is stupid but don’t let a stupid cheat you.
