Yeah it is in wheat, barley, and rye. I bought some gluten-free bread and tortillas from Aldis. I don’t know how they could be as bad as they are but the texture and the tastes are awful. I’m thinking maybe I won’t try to substitute and instead use something else like lettuce wraps.
Well, crap! I hope my cataract surgery doesn’t get postponed again. See, I can turn this around to be completely self-absorbed, lol!

I once ordered subs from a nearby sub shop. My grands were doing the gluten free thing at the time. They offered gluten free buns. I thought that very same thing.....how bad can they be. Well, they can be pretty darned awful. That’s the last time I wasted money on that. Thankfully, my daughter got past that phase by giving them gluten, bit by bit. They eat normal now.....healthy and normal.
Yes, the oncologist told me I should wait at least a year to see how it heals.
Isn’t that called herd immunity?
I always wonder how mankind survived so many years eating gluten.

Right? My daughter was on this food sensitivity thing for a few years. Once in a while I’d say, “Natalie, you’d be wise to start giving them EVERYTHING. It’s not like a peanut allergy that they’re going to die. Get them used to everything, otherwise they’re going to be those annoying kids who can’t have this and can’t have that, and nobody is going to be better off, especially them.”
Well, I guess she tired of watching every morsel that went into their mouths and started treating them normally. Good grief, she grows everything and makes everything from scratch......how bad can it be!? Long story short, they’re perfectly fine and they can eat everything. Life is much easier.....especially on pizza night! Have you ever had gluten free, no cheese pizza? Barf.
Biden...he’s the mystery. Why put such a lame guy out as their leader? He’s never wanted to work toward being a President. Hiding and making excuses. I really feel he’s never thought he’d end up President but was only a placeholder for someone else. Is his vice choice so out there that their cover is hidden until the last minute when Biden kicks the bucket? Some really evil plan is coming. Scary.

Biden himself says he wants a VP that is ready to run the country from day one. He should be careful what he wishes for.
