Well, this is embarrassing for the media and the Democrats. After being attacked as “racist” for using the jocular term “Kung flu” for the COVID-19 coronavirus, it turns out President Trump is not the first in government to use that term. The Obama administration used the term “Kung flu” in September 2015 for a Veterans Affairs campaign promoting flu shots. The flu shot campaign featured an image of a mask(!) wearing martial arts fighter in action.
The web page at the VA was recently taken down, however it appears in Google Cache.
The VA page contained a link to download the Kung Flu Fighter poster, but it too has been taken down.

A federal appeals court Wednesday ordered a judge to grant the Justice Department its request to drop charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals approved a petition by Flynn’s attorneys to intervene in the case after a district court judge asked an outside counsel to argue against the department’s request.

WRIT GRANTED. Case dismissed! @General Flynn.
Ruling was 2-1, Henderson and Rao ruling for Flynn. Wilkins dissented.
Me a few weeks ago after Sullivan’s attempted “defense” to the writ:
“Strong chance of a writ of mandamus being issued for Flynn 2-1 after this hot garbage” Down pointing backhand index
The ruling is only “partially” for @GenFlynn , as the appeals court ordered:
—Sullivan to dismiss the case
—Gleeson’s appointment as “amicus” immediately “vacated”. Bye Felicia!
—However they declined to grant the request to kick Judge Sullivan off the case immediately

DC Circuit orders Judge Sullivan to grant the DOJ Motion to Dismiss.
They also "vacate the district court's order appointing an amicus as moot."
