Also noticing that R is very regional - very much less than 1 in NY and northeast states but much closer to 1 in Texas and other states late to get the virus. These Floyd riots are worse than they would have been because of the lockdown. Unemployed people typically have more free time to engage in riots than employed people. This is more collateral damage from the lockdown.

Most denominations believe in free will as opposed to believing everything is done for the glory of god, to the degree they are mutually exclusive. Point is that when something bad is happening we do what we can to stop it as opposed to saying “oh well...that is happening for God’s glory”. Not saying that predeterminists have that attitude but I took it to an absurd extreme.
