Yes, that’s the EXACT one that was on my porch, stealing my ceramic mushroom!
Little brat! My Plot Hound, Oneida, is keeping him in check, though. ;)

Well, we DO raise Treeing Walker Coonhounds for fun and no profit, so, not to put too fine a point on it, raccoon pelts are for fun and SOME profit. ;)

I feed raccoons on a platform on a level with the library window, and our Havanese sits by the window so that they stare quietly at one another while the raccoon keeps eating.

Just fertilized for the first time. Tomato plants go in tonight and tomorrow.

Opps ! - I have done 12 of them.
I misread the question and thought of them being positive,
rather than the negative ( 'never').
I need more coffee, and clean off my glasses !
My best snacks have occurred in the garden while working .

I’ve never stepped on a rake.
Stepped on plenty of other things, yes, but not a rake :)
All the others on that list, I’ve done.

Camdenton, MO, at Lake of the Ozarks, has been anger-free till this next weekend.
BLM has a “rally” set for this Sunday on the court house square.
Just what we don’t need...

Really got beat with rain overnight.
My green onions (x10 store bought) are doing really well. I am gonna have lots of scallions (Lord willing) which is good because I’m now blessed with lots of onions (store bought) and potatoes (also store bought).
My WM onion bulbs are doing well (though it was 21 I planted, not 27). I also started two more small boxes and put bulbs in yesterday before the heavy rains. For one of them, I took a WM organic mix salad box (with lid) and drilled holes top lid, bottom and sides, for draining and to let it breathe. I closed the lid for a green house effect but opened it a couple of hours ago to let it dry again (3 more days of rain coming). The other one I used a big plastic chicken pieces box (fried chicken). Washed it out and drilled holes all over that one, too. More red onion bulbs into both of those. About another 15 or so. I’ll eventually have to transplant them.
I’ve still got dirt left, including a new bag in the trunk of the car. ($6) starting soil.
If I tried to start some pepper seeds now, I couldn’t really put them out until early August. I’d maybe have 2-3/4 months of growth until the cold usually comes. So don’t know. I’ve got so many seeds, I almost might try to use some.

Brussells Sprouts are nummy if you oil them up and roast them in the oven.

Everything but TOUCHING the hornworm.
I had never seen them before I encountered my first one on a tomato plant.
When I was in among the tomatoes and came face to face with the disgusting thing, I must have set some kind of world record for the standing back jump. I dont ever recall moving so fast in my life.
