Police have charged a 15-year-old with felony murder in connection with a deadly shooting at a Buckhead apartment complex.
The teenage boy, whose name was not released, was arrested Saturday and remains in custody, Atlanta police said in a news release. His murder charge stems from the shooting death of 35-year-old Kevin Humes, who was gunned down outside the Tremont apartments off Habersham Road on May 16, AJC.com previously reported.

There were 37,144,530 non-Hispanic blacks, which comprised 12.1% of the population. This number increased to 42 million according to the 2010 United States Census, when including Multiracial African Americans, making up 14% of the total U.S. population.
Black Americans are grossly over-populating prisons. But, that does SEEM to correlate with the black family's DEARTH of fathers living in the home with their sons.
And, truth be told, MOST black Americans have more than a little white in them.
My mother, husband and I visited KENYA when husband and I were living in the Middle East. When I saw the Kenyans I was AMAZED at how dark they are. They made the American "black" look white.
There was an American black couple on a tour there and the Kenyans treated THEM as white Americans. The couple was OBVIOUSLY in shock at the color of the Kenyans...and didn't realize how "white" they looked in comparison.

A lot states charge juveniles of capital crimes as adults. He may spend the rest of his juvenile years in juvy then get transferred to the big house when he is of age to serve out the rest of his sentence

If I and my friends were to chase your around with our trucks, then I get out of the truck with my shot gun, blocking your ability to flee our harassment, and shoot you when you tried to pass by me by going the opposite side of the truck that I was on. Then I shoot you again when you try to take my gun and I shoot you again to finally kill you, do I get to claim self defense for your murder?

You are writing much fiction, as CLEARLY evidenced by the video.
1. Arbery did NOT have his ability to flee “blocked”. When he ran by the truck on its right side, he had the free choice to simple keep running straight ahead where he was NOT blocked. Instead of making that choice to flee, Arbery decided to veer from his course, make a rapid 90 degree running turn to the left and immediately attack the son who was open carrying the shotgun.
2. Arbery was not shot when he “tried to pass by”. Arbery had CHOSEN to NOT pass by. He instead CHOSE to INITIATE an attack on the son to try to wrestle the shotgun from him. Arbery RAN to engage the son instead of running straight ahead. It was during that struggle that the shotgun was initially fired. And the struggle for the gun CONTINUED. And the 2nd and 3rd shots were fired while Arbery CHOSE to continue to try to wrestle the gun away INSTEAD OF BREAKING CONTACT.
Just telling.
