Here’s a theory:
If Flynn committed perjury by lying under oath in his guilty plea, then the prosecutors who induced him to plead guilty by threatening his son have suborned perjury. That’s a federal felony. 18 USC 1622

Obama misstated the charge to which Flynn had previously pleaded guilty. He was charged with false statements to the FBI, not perjury. But the Justice Department, in a filing with a federal judge on Thursday, asked that the case brought by special counsel Robert Mueller be dismissed, arguing that FBI agents did not have a justifiable reason to question the then national security adviser about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak — talks FBI agents and Mueller’s prosecutors concluded he had lied about.
The question now becomes, why did the Republican Party push those two candidates on us, rather than somebody more Reaganesque. I mean, Dubya wasn't great, but compared to Gore or Lurch, he was great. Putting up loser candidates almost seems like it's part of a plan.

“When Flynn pled guilty to making false statements to the FBI he had no idea that the entire government investigation was not legitimate, only the government would’ve known that. Which means Flynn did not commit perjury in making his plea deal. He never actually committed a crime but he had no way of knowing that at the time of his plea deal.”

People withdraw their guilty pleas all the time. You can do it any time before you are sentenced.
“You cannot commit perjury unless you lie while under oath. Flynn was never under oath. He was accused of lying to the FBI. That is only a crime if the FBI is working a legitimate investigation. There was no valid predicate for questioning Flynn in the first place. So even if he knowingly lied, he did not commit a crime. It was the FBI that committed all the crimes.”

Even thought it won’t pass, the House needs to introduce an impeachment motion against Sullivan tomorrow.
I suspect you are right, unmasking Flynn meant unmasking the FISA work product of multiple identities in the Crossfire Razor operation.
