No...my point is that Sullivan will dismiss the original case, he really can’t do much else. But he’s signaled in his amicus brief request to Gleason that he will then pivot and hold Flynn in contempt for his signed plea (which says that under the penalty of perjury Flynn verifies it is essentially true and correct). So the original case of lying to the FBI isnt in play...I think Sullivan will say Flynn lied (through his signature attesting to his plea) to His (Sullivan’s) court.
Eyeballing the size, I’d reduce it to 300 since it is one object, but you’re getting better!
I just had this thought.
Q has been talking about how damning the FISA declas would be. But we know that even if it is proved Obama personally requested a declas on Flynn and numerous other Americans, democrats and many normies JUST WON’T CARE.
What if FISA declas is so important because it will instantly implicate the deepstate in a number of other crimes.
What if there was there a FISA on Seth Rich shortly before his murder? If the democrats knew he was responsible for giving their emails to Wikileaks, they must have had some way of knowing how, ie they spied on him with FISA. The FISA declas will show this.
The public will immediately sense something is wrong if the dems were spying on this murdered man and most WILL CARE.
He would not be the only assasinated person who was surveilled illegally shortly before they had an unfortunate accident, suicide, botched robbery. There will probably countless. This revelation would lead directly to subpoenas of emails and other correspondence.

Now there's a term that I wish I would see more often. I think for sure Powell is going to have to go over Sullivan's jurisdiction; he already denounced Flynn as a traitor. He abandoned his seat as an impartial arbiter.
Whether this dude is guilty or not, isn't it interesting that when the FBI wants to move FAST it figures out a way to do so (Stone, Manafort, Cohen). When they want to slow-walk an investigation they sure do that, too (Soetoro, Clintons, Bidens, FBI brass).
Fast=Republican investigation, slow-walk is for Democrats, media conspirators, and Just-Us Department/FBI scum.

In the spectrum of things + crimes considered here, the FISA stuff has always been the most provable. Once proven then everyone knows that the RATs are what they are and the media is #FakeNews ... then ... one thing after another. It also gets the question of “how do you introduce things legally” ... and that FISC order to investigate all the FISAs was the starting point for that. It’s very tricky, complicated & convoluted.
At least that’s the plan as I’ve understood it :)
