No...my point is that Sullivan will dismiss the original case, he really cant do much else. But hes signaled in his amicus brief request to Gleason that he will then pivot and hold Flynn in contempt for his signed plea (which says that under the penalty of perjury Flynn verifies it is essentially true and correct). So the original case of lying to the FBI isnt in play...I think Sullivan will say Flynn lied (through his signature attesting to his plea) to His (Sullivans) court.
Except ... it wasn’t his (Sullivan’s) court then - it was Rudy Contreras who then had to recuse himself. What a RAT’s nest!
