you have to take iodine and selenium (doesn’t have to be the same time of day), otherwise, there’s an imbalance. Low selenium is the cause of hashimoto’s. The iodine protocol is iodine, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C and salt. You should take all of them. The salt doesn’t need to be every day but when you get detox symptoms, and jitteryness is one of them, taking an 1/8 tsp salt on the tongue, letting it dissolve for 30 sec or so then drinking a big glass of water, usually makes them go away.
Flouride, Chlorine and Bromine, all prevalent in our food, water and environment, are all known as toxic halides that mimic iodine. That’s why you have to take enough iodine to knock them off your receptors.
I take glycinate and malate every day. Each tablet is 100 mg and I take one of each 3x per day. So, 600 mg. Sometimes I go up to 800mg. Is yours in the form of powder? You have to determine how much of your dosage includes the portion of what mag is bound to. Mag binds to 13 different things and the dosage can often include the binding agent.
I will comment on what you posted BUT here is a clean version of the Moskovitz article posted at the top. The clean URL>>>>

All best done on a computer, not a phone.
Thanks Dennis! I sincerely hope we see other people step forward that know exactly what’s going on in the medical and vaccine arenas, as I’m sure there are plenty more, and reveal what they know about how dirty this business is.
“yet when I tried to go on sick call I was told, Beat it. You aint sick.
I felt the same way when they kicked me out of the ward, still sicker than a dog, not even any medicine to take with me.
I had the impression some in the ward were just for show, filling beds to impress that officer who stopped by all the time, like the doctors were trying to justify how many hospital staff they had.
Why would someone think that the hair of dog would certainly heal the bite?
So whats different in 2019? On Dec 1, a new national vaccine law went into effect. China is to implement a state immunization program, and residents living within the territory of China are legally obligated to be vaccinated with immunization program vaccines, which are provided by the government free of charge. Local governments and parents or other guardians of children must ensure that children be vaccinated with the immunization program vaccines (art. 6).
The first reported case of COVID19?
December 1, 2019.
Once I discovered plant based Vitamin D and C, i don’t get sick anymore. EVER. Not even when everyone else is falling down sick all around me.
Don’t neglect tetanus if you step on a rusty nail, though.
Well there’s a silly idea. No getting antibodies to one thing does not make you more susceptible to something else. Believing that kind of crap does make you susceptible to bridge salesmen though.
Thank YOU for spreading the truth. So many people refuse to believe any of this is true. We must continue to tell anyone that will listen to keep it from happening here or anywhere else.
We had guys marching in formation or at PT fall out and taken to the infirmary. A few days later we’d find out the dudes didn’t make it. Several barracks in my unit were quarantined for what they called “meningitis.” Maybe that was just an official cover story. At a base of 20,000 or so I think guys were dying almost daily for a while. The problem was these vaccines I am sure.
Oh, believe me, I’ve seen the video and posted it on FB MANY times.
I never did get sick much, mine is likely largely genetic. I come from a family where if you die before 90, it’s unexpected, and no cancer.
Not genetic. Your family eats well so at the moment of conception, both partners are well nutrified. Joel Wallach blew a hole in the DNA theory and proved it, which got him black balled by the NIH. He has a couple of books on it if you’d like to know more.
