Dirty Dozen: The 12 revelations that sunk Mueller's case against Flynn (Solomon)
Just The News ^ | May 8, 2020 | John Solomon

Posted on 05/09/2020 4:42:28 AM PDT by Golden Eagle

Shortly after my colleague Sara Carter and I began reporting in 2017 on the possibility that the FBI was abusing the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to spy on Americans during the Russia investigation, I received a call. It was an intermediary for someone high up in the intelligence community.

The story that source told me that day — initially I feared it may have been too spectacular to be true — was that FBI line agents had actually cleared former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn of any wrongdoing with Russia only to have the bureau's leadership hijack the process to build a case that he lied during a subsequent interview.

In fact, my notes show, the source used the words "concoct a 1001 false statements case" to describe the objections of career agents who did not believe Flynn had intended to deceive the FBI. A leak of a transcript of Flynn's call with the Russian ambassador was just part of a campaign, the source alleged.

The tip resulted in a two-and-a-half-year journey by myself and a small group of curious and determined journalists like Carter, Catherine Herridge, Greg Jarrett, Mollie Hemingway, Lee Smith, Byron York, and Kimberly Strassel to slowly peel back the onion.

You’re correct, the Pulitzer is a joke, as it currently exists. In my dream world, they would come to their senses and start awarding prizes based on truth rather than politics. If that doesn’t happen (likely won’t), then perhaps another group committed to fairness would step forward after the Deep State is dismantled (as a reminder — I like to dream) and establish a prize to fill the void of the discredited Pulitzer.

Good to see a fresh new face out there fighting. I think some of the leases and shackles that have been put on our side for all these years are finally about to break. Intellectuals like Dershowitz and Turley turning their backs on the left show that the facts have become undeniable. And now having an enemy like China that most all Americans of all colors and sides are uniting against is leaving leftists with very little pieces of ground to stand on.

Probably not. >

I disagree.

Obama, silent pretty much for the last 3 years eexce[t where he appeared in order to counsel his fumbling circular fiing squad colleagues, has no become a very vocal concern troll about the dismissal; of the Flynn case. He is now sounding like Brennan did when the eye of justice began to focus his way. Obama now sounds like Comey who also began appearing as a commentator on the TV pundit circuit until his defense lawyers made him shut up. So it is with Obama, and here is why:

There is a very clear memorandae trail in which Obama and his advisers, Clapper, Biden, Brennan, Yates, Rice,Comey and Peter Strzok are all implicated directly in organizing a malicious prosecution of General Flynn. In doing so they exceeded their respective official duties of office. This is therefore an issue of personal liability. This fact has Obama squawking like a sodomized gander goose.

Meanwhile the legal elements and their eventual assembly into the most powerful Malicious Prosecution suit of the modern era continue apace, slowly and irrevocably.Additionally the elements are all present for the extraordinary remedies available in a RICO case, which could triple the damages
claimed.

If you were General Flynn’s highly capable attorney would you be sitting back resting on a set of public acclaim laurels? That’s just wrong altogether.

As we speak the malicious prosecution case is being drawn together , outside of anything else that Durham will bring. This will be a civil suit that will literally take down all of these perpetrators and put them into some shacks is some isolated part of America, if they are not indeed eventually cast into jail.Obama stands to lose his assets in America, but he has plenty put aside by Moochelle in foreign banks in Spain she set up during her lengthy holiday there.

The question is will General Flynn proceed? He would be doing a tremendous service to America if he did.The ball is now in his court. And I am sure the president is once again asking for his help to sue these liberal fascist Alinskyite perpetrators.

Lara Logan was kept from reporting at CBS, that is, they would not run her stories on Benghazi etc. Eventually they forced her out. Same thing happened to Sharyl Atkisson.

And Catherine Herridge recently went the other way, from Fox to CBS, so this tells me that some in the MSM know they have to begin to rebuild their credibility.

They have a LONG way to go.

DOJ and FBI have been corrupt for forty years....

READ...POLICE STATE...Gerry Spence...

DOJ and FRI use entrapment and you lied...ONLY THREE PER CENT

Go to trail....

They will charge you with fifteen counts and a jury will figure your guilty of something......so they say if you plead to one count you do not have to go to trial...

They have a very long way to go.

The only thing that has saved us, I believe, other than Devine Providence, is that they have continually lied to themselves as well.

If they were honest sociopaths who acknowledged their self-seeking, they would be a tougher nut to crack.

But, they have constantly lied to themselves about the nature of reality and what they do. Thus, they are more vulnerable.

John Solomon and Sara Carter have been pit bulls on all things Obama/FBI/Deep State abuse of power crimes. He is doing God’s work. I

If we had a fair media in this country reporting the truth about the Democrats and the liberal enemies within, the GOP would have super majorities in both the house and Senate and it would be 16 years before there would be another Democratic Party president in the USA.

I agree the winds are starting to change. The recent firing of the head of NBC News, for whatever reason, is possibly indicative of that, as well. Truth can only be suppressed for so long. I really believe the shutdown has brought a lot into focus for people lately too. It showed how dependent we are on capitalism, not the government, to survive. In fact it showed how government, when advanced towards its ultimate conclusion, as we see in China, is a dangerous entity. Americans want to be free, and they may be seeing a bit of China in how Obama’s FBI treated Trump.

Flynn’s attorney Sydney Powell, gets an A+ for all the information she has caused to be revealed about FBI crimes in the course of his defense. What a brave and tireless lawyer she is.

“As real journalists begin to fight back and shame their sold-out hack lying MSM colleagues, the shameless liars will have nowhere to run and hide. And it’s just beginning.”

A good heart longs for truth. Let’s hope and pray the next generation of reporters and journalists have good hearts.

The Pulitzer is a meaningless political prize today. I don’t trust anybody who wins one. The hell with it and them. I am glad Solomon and Carter will never “win” a Pulitzer, as it is nothing but a liberal gold star anymore. We know who the REAL investigative reporters are. We don’t need a piece of tripe like the Pulitzer award to tell us.

“John Solomon and Sara Carter have been pit bulls on all things Obama/FBI/Deep State abuse of power crimes.”

And the Solomon/Carter duo is the main reason I continue to watch Hannity. As annoying as he is, his guests and panels have been the main ones investigating this issue, and making things happen.

If there is such a thing as a.MUST READ article here at good old FR this one certainly qualifies for that designation.

In an honest world - to dream - Solomon would win the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the illegal and immoral Flynn investigation and prosecution.

I have a question for anyone who has followed this case closer than I have. Item 10 on Solomon’s list destroys the charge that Flynn lied about his phone contact with Kislyak.

Question: Was Flynn charged with other lies as well? If so what were they.

The Rats are not letting this crisis go to waste. It’s an opportunity to hook millions of former middle-class Americans on welfare, using thin-air money, sending us down the Argentina-Zimbabwe-Venezuela road, from which there is no return to real free-market capitalism possible.

Their collective cog. diss. must be nearing a major fracture point.

Look for some defectors from the liar press MSM to make mea-culpas.

Sold out hacks like Ignatius are going to be roundly and deservedly shamed.

I usually wait until 25 minutes into Hannity’s show to watch it, and then I see who the guests will be. His bloviated first 25 minute reduntant overblown monologues are generally worthless. And hey, If I miss 50 or 60 of them, I can always catch one at random and he will be repeating almost all of what I missed anyway.

He is a blow hard who is brutal at interrupting his guests, but he is the one who broke the news on all of FISA abuse, unmasking, FBI corruption via Solomon, Carter, Nunez, Garrett, DiGenova and wife, and the rest of his guests.

I wish to hell I still had DirecTV with One America News. I am currently stuck with Comcast and it just sucks to hell. I can’t wait to get back into a house so I can have DirecTV and One America News. Hopefully it is not completely corrupted by then, like FOX became.

My understanding is that Flynn’s claim he could not remember was the issue, and I believe he may have made that claim twice - once in reference to his discussions with the Russians and once in reference to discussions with Israel. Apparently the original interviewers of Flynn believed it was possible he couldn’t remember, and didn’t flag him at the time, but their supervisors did falsify his 302 in some manner. Then months later, Mueller’s team said it wasn’t possible he couldn’t remember and charged him with lying to the FBI. Flynn’s lawyers convinced him he would lose in court and suggested he plead guilty for a lesser sentence.

Thanks for your very informative reply.

It was sad for me to read but it was about what I expected. A case built on nothing.

Lying about not recalling for sure after admitting something could have happened. The lie is based on the supposed impossibility of Flynn not recalling some detail of a conversation or two.
