No mechanism exists for removing a justice who is permanently incapacitated by illness or injury, but unable (or unwilling) to resign...she began at age 60 she’s now 87.
I am glad to see the new system with a separate microphone for speakers from the one that President Trump is using. With the very contagious coronavirus, it was not a good idea to have each speaker come up and adjust the microphone and then have PDJT readjust it each time.

Sergei Millian is not in hiding. Even if he was, he isn’t any longer. He reached out to SaraACarter.com on Tuesday to dispute a recent podcast interview with a famous British historian who accused him of possibly being connected to Russia’s GRU, Moscow’s military intelligence. He called the allegations outlandish and accused historian Nigel West of attempting to spread disinformation about him, much like former British spy Christopher Steele did about the Trump campaign.
“Nigel West so far gave 100% false information about me in his last public interview in London (where he claimed I was PSS),” Millian told me. “Now, he doubled on from the first lie and there is not an ounce of truth what he claims. He is an out of his mind crazy, deranged man. I’m not kidding. Ask him to provide proof of any of his false rumors and wild innuendoes. USSR disbanded when I was still a teenager. The big question is why West, out of London, lies about me, an AMERICAN citizen, so much just like Steele before West? Is it coordinated and what’s their plan?”
Lindsey Graham always says that he will not open a Senate hearing into a case that is part of an ongoing criminal investigation. Since those criminal cases go on for years and years, Lindsey and all the other involved Senators will be safe.

US Judge Strikes Down New York Democratic Primary Cancellation as Unconstitutional

The federal judge’s Tuesday decision restores the Democratic primary in New York, which is slated for June 23.
According to court documents uploaded by Courthouse News’ Adam Klasfeld, the decision was handed down after tech entrepreneur and former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang filed a lawsuit against New York election officials.
US District Judge Analisa Torres said in her 30-page opinion that while the government argued that the cancellation was part of an effort to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus, “the Court is not convinced that canceling the presidential primary would meaningfully advance that interest.”
She noted that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s executive orders allowed “every voter statewide to request an absentee ballot.”
“Even if not every voter can vote by mail — because they fail to request or do not receive an absentee ballot, because they need assistance voting, or because they are ineligible to cast an ordinary ballot but may cast a ballot with an affidavit, there is no doubt that many voters will avail themselves of the opportunity to do so,” Torres added.
I had read the story of that Bible but this preacher did a very good job in re-telling it. I’m so glad that this Trump personal Bible has a prominent place, a place of honor in the Oval Office, where God is honored.
