As in most jobs not everyone is suited to that particular job. I got out of teaching because many of the teachers were not ..some horrible..in that job. They were ugly and closed mined to the young student who needed more understanding and time to understand. I was the stupid and fooled teacher and they must get the principal or anyone else in high position question all I do. I learned early in teaching that many were teachers because they lacked the motivation and skills to go into other jobs. It was the known fact at college...no one fails teaching classes.

Like a lot of jobs people aren't there FOR the people they serve but for themselves.

No matter what the situation before the death of this man does not change the Fact he's dead. One is innocent FIRST!

She's a native of Laos, born 1974, came to the USA in 1980 One previous marriage about age 17 with 2 children,
First husband reportedly died shortly after divorce, Kellie married to Derek in 2010.

Lol, when I was in college we used to joke that most of the teaching students couldn’t pass anything else.
It’s actually sad, as teaching our children is an important job and teachers should be held to higher standards. Teachers unions haae been no help in this regard. Teachers, like other professionals, should have some freedom.

Thanks...I should have been better with my example. In the eyes of the dead man..it was. Even if it wasn't. I know from one friend in particular who grew up in Dallas and fled the area to not live in the black persons life and raise her two sons here in Indiana.

She often told me that she wasn't the typical black and that no matter how much I want to be friends and close to other blacks here in my area, I WILL NEVER BE THEIR TRUE FRIEND. She as an outsider was always invited to the very large family reunion here only because she's black. She told me this personally. (Also her fear even here for her sons to be out at night)

George is dead because of his color. And until we treat everyone equal this will not stop. WHERE are the father's of most black children? It's not going to change until the blacks have an equal chance for a whole family.
