I know it is. All my life I was very active and always exercised too. The last several years I’ve been really bad about laying around doing nothing. I’m better in cooler weather. Another reason why I wanted to move from here, when it’s hot I can barely take out the trash. Today it’s cooler from the storms we had. My grands will ask me to take them to the park in the summer, and I can’t even sit there and watch them in the heat.

Just finished cleaning out the pantry.

Boy did I throw away a whole lot of expired can goods that were in the very back.

I filled up a small water bottle half way today. I wish I had a yard, if I move I want a yard big enough I can at least grow a few things. And the cat can go out. The cat I had with rusty was actually my daughter’s cat. She was being so crazy with proby (the name I gave when I wasn’t sure of gender)my daughter took her back to see if she would be better. So now that cat is living with a German shepherd/ doberman mix and a bull mastiff doing just FINE! I can’t figure that one out. And she enjoys going out occasionally in my daughter’s yard.

That’s so good all the steps you are taking! Keep it up! I have some good expensive shoes for arch support but they are sandals. Need to get some insert for walking shoes.

Yes, exactly what I thought. We do things at a certain time and things happen for a reason. I’ve always believed that. And if things go badly, there’s a reason for that too.

Sammy likes plants too. I grow cat grass for my kitties. Grows in just a few days and the love it.

Was out weed eating-tilling third Terrace Getting it ready to plant. The cool breeze felt good. Thought I heard Thunder but the sky was blue with just a few white clouds. By the time I finished felt the drops on back. Just got machinery undercover in time. Well at least giant sunflowers and pumpkins are planted. Now to do the jack o lanterns and smaller sunflowers and some cutting flowers. Have the bed ready to plant Indian Corn.

My last job, as a CFO, on the first day I went through the refrigerator in the kitchen and threw out out of date stuff you wouldn’t believe. Lol, everyone thought I was nuts. It wasn’t on my agenda to be sure, but no sense in people getting sick because of that. I guess it gave everyone a warning that I was aware of EVERYTHING, lol.

I have zero interest in moving the Republican National Convention to Doral in Miami, as falsely reported by the Fake News @nytimes in order to stir up trouble. Ballroom is not nearly big enough & would like to stay in N.C., whose gov. doesn’t even know if he can let people in?

Don’t fall for it. RNC already discussing downscaling the "Republican National Convention". Trump’s just setting the stage to blame NC. As @maggieNYT reports Trump has expressed interest at having the convention at a Doral ballroom. Not quite “full capacity” is it? #ScamArtist

It is inappropriate for anyone except the commander-in-chief to render a salute unless he or she is a member of the military, in proper uniform. One exception is military retirees are permitted to stand at attention and salute the Flag as it passes in parade.
