To clarify. (This will be enormous in nature)
The people charged will be the people unmasking the names AND obama for authorizing (iirc he had to ok each one). and distributing the information to those who were not entitled to see (17 agencies). Don’t believe the agencies unless they acted upon the unmasking will be charged particularly if they testify against the people who illegally did the spying and sent them the information. Here return communication will be very important.
Each person unmasked and each time they were unmasked will be listed as a separate charge. Those unmasked as both citizens and members of administration (DJT ) will be listed under both titles.
The paperwork itself will be volume!
The people who were unmasked iirc must be notified before charges are filed. Lots of notifications going out soon.
