Rush wasn't trying to speak for the President. If I implied that, sorry. He was just stating that it has never been done before & it could set a bad precedent.
It's only my opinion, & the Dims have said they could still prosecute Trump after he leaves office, that they may try to drum up something to continue their persecution after Trump leaves.
We will see what evidence comes out, but I'm not saying that, if they have all the evidence, it couldn't be done. Maybe they will, it's just my opinion. I'm just saying - my opinion - that it would be very difficult & Trump may be satisfied with just complete disgrace of 0bama & his legacy.
Yes, Trump is different from the Military, but we all know that everything in DC is political. We don't even know if it will be a Military Tribunal.

When you put together the last 24 hours, the comments by former President Obama, that ‘this is a threat to the rule of law’, which is an utter joke coming out of his mouth. When you put together Mary McCord’s op-ed, and then some of the statements from people associated with Mueller, you realize that the Mueller probe was at the beginning, nothing more than a pretext to get the President impeached. And you realize than anybody in the senior FBI and DOJ levels were in on it, and what’s really fascinating, is when you go back and you look at January 5th, 2017, in the Oval Office, all Intelligence Community leaders, the Vice President [Joe Biden], Sally Yates, Comey, Brennan and Susan Rice – the President of the United States in that meeting, Barack Obama, is discussing the ongoing investigation into the Trump campaign, the inter transition and the Trump Presidency.
And, [Obama] says in that meeting, according to Susan Rice, he wants to be kept informed so he can decide whether or not they are going to withhold classified information from the incoming administration involving Russia. That is sedition. That is beyond anything we ever heard about a President leaving office, doing this to his successor. What Obama did in that office was sedition on that day.

NIKK...personally I think sedition is too light of a word for these actions by the Obama administration.
I flipped channels and listened to Fauci go on and on about testing students. Then Murrey from Washington used her time to bash Trump and call him a liar. Had to turn it off.
Gone down in one day. It must have been looking too good for President so they changed their sample.
I listened to the tape of him on the call talking about Flynn. I didn’t notice if he sounded inebriated but I wasn’t thinking about that.
So someone did record that call and leaked it.

Yes, the same old stuff. R's ask questions to get support for the admin, then Dims ask questions to trash the admin. Generally, nothing is resolved except for sound bites for the agenda driven media.
It’s Obama’s panic that will seal his doom. If he had sucked up his hatred and loss, President Trump would have most likely let it go and moved ahead as his desire is and has always been building a great America. But fear and panic and even terror kicked in. Then he and his minions found themselves going deeper and deeper into finding something/anything to bring down President Trump. They couldn’t just stop what they started.
Now how many times have they managed to get a “carrier” near the POTUS or someone who regularly is very near the POTUS?
God is in control.
