At the beginning of the senior year the cadets vote on one position of honor and the faculty votes on another. DJT won both positions. So to solve the issue they allowed him to serve in one position and the remainder of the year in another.
He had great leadership skills and was well like by all. Partly due to his sense of humor and looking out for others. One professor who was interviewed said if there was a prank on campus if he didn’t organize it himself he knew who did.
Also enjoyed the tale about him ending up with multiple date at a large dance on campus. Seems he had invited numerous women to attend. When they arrived Trump introduced them to their dates, his friends, and provided the flowers and dinners for all. No one went without a good time when he was around.
He was particularly noted for helping out the young weaker guys who were targeted by bullies. No bullying around DJT even by professors
Every time people accuse him of dodging the military, I’m reminded of many friends who went to college to avoid the draft. He did not. In fact he stayed out of school for a year expecting to join. He showed up four times at his local center Each time he was turned down F1 three times On the fourth, last time they told him he would never be eligible! It was after
