I wonder if that 3rd scope memo could be part of what the RAT house has asked for in Grand Jury documents - recently temporarily blocked by SCOTUS
what's not mentioned here is:
The 1st scope memo gave RM almost unlimited investigative powers:
"(b) The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James B. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
...
(ii)any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and..."
The 2nd scope memo severely limited his investigative powers:
"For additional matters that otherwise may have arisen or may arise directly from the Investigation, you should consult my office for a determination of whether such matters should be within the scope of your authority."
why ? so he don't go down too many rabbit holes and finds something he shouldn't (Hillary) ?

It may have been as simple as they didn’t want him and his dirty attorneys to get their paws on the material that had been gathered up against Hillary’s crew. If they did get hold of it, what’s to keep them from “wiping it with a cloth”.
No doubt they had already marked that material for used by a Grand Jury. And wanted to keep it that way. If Muller’s crew had it, the grand jury may have never been given the material.
There’s a Latin term for securing the evidence. I suspect that’s why he limited RM’s scope of investigation. It IIRC goes to the case with the highest charge.
Would you trust that den of thieves?

She hasn’t been right for a long time. When you listen to any of those hearings it is obvious that many, on both sides, are way past their prime & should have retired yeas ago.
Interesting the graphic on the bottom was appropriately about health care funding.
