I’m tellin’ ya, the reason these meat processing plants are all getting infected is PETA deliberately infecting workers. Viral terrorism by the animal rights mafia.

It’s been tested some in cancer.
Sounds like it would be a protection from ALL viruses.
That would be a great result from this plague.
A cold environment, with lots of infectible meat, blood.

I haven’t heard about that....(If you have a link, please post)...but, I don’t doubt, for a second, that between the unions, the ChiComs and other nefarious deeds, that this isn’t happening on purpose.

I intended it as some tinfoil levity. Sorry if it came across too straight. Too possible, if PETA had the brains for it, I guess.
OTOH, there is a surprisingly high degree of infection hitting meat packing plants where people routinely wear some level of PPE and as far as I know viruses don’t infect dead meat so the animals being an in-house vector seems unlikely. Likewise, viruses may survive in a frozen state but they definitely don’t propagate in one. I don’t know. Something not right about the situation.
now this is just bad marketing
besides eating potatoes, it’s a prime ingredient for vodkas. Can’t tell me a refinery wasn’t interested. Here or in Russia. Especially with hand sanitizer byproduct being in high demand for at least a year. And what about the prisons and soup kitchens? Don’t they serve potatoes?

As you say, reports are difficult to follow. Mostly because of the sad capabilities of ‘journalists’.
If that’s the study I remember, 2 weeks later the diagnosed cases were within the bounds of the study ‘discovered cases’.
Which I thought was interesting.
The thought of Egyptian Pharaohs dying of dental abscess convinced me dentistry is way up on the prepared list.
