Heres something I think youll find quite interesting These crazy images were created by French artist Jean-Marc Cote, and a few others back in 1899, 1900, 1901, and 1910.
The point being.. Well, basically they were asked to imagine what life would be like in the year 2000. According to Collective-Evolution, these artworks were originally in the form of postcards or paper cards enclosed in cigarette and cigar boxes

At the rate we're going?
an awful lot of flying going on.
And yet, if you read the book The Peace Child, that is EXACTLY what happened when the indigenous tribes people of Paupa New Guinea saw their first float plane landing.
Minus the flying car
“which is no different from today...”
Au contraire... that picture shows a lady SMOKING A CIGARETTE... IN PUBLIC!!! Possibly even in a dining establishment!
Barbarians.
I like how the video call is envisioned with the screen. But an improvement to the microphone was not foreseen. Still using the technology from the hand-crank wall phone....haha....
Last I knew, people still smoked in public in Europe. Despite laws.
Haha. What a beautiful world it will be. What a glorious time to be free... Great song!
100 years ago they said We’d be riding around in flying cars, but nope- we’re still learning how to wash our hands
“Battle-cars” are tanks. Only about 17 years away when that picture was drawn.
The most interesting thing that I notice is fashion...they either think that their the tops in fashion and that we will continue to dress like them, or they come up with some lame one-sie jumpsuit. Star Trek and its followers are guilty of the same thing. A lot of underwater scenes... the futurists forgot to ask why? Lots of planes stopping in mid air- apparently the laws of physics and aerodynamics can be changed.
They should have rather taken measures to insure the guy was not even known.
Perhaps there was an obsession with underwater living since at that time, no one had gone into Outer Space just yet.
There were exceptions, as in Jules Verne.
So. Men dream of flying, and women dream of not having to do housework. LOL!
As long as we don't let the vote I think the future will be alright.
Ditto
The egg hatching machine is a good “opposite” representation of how Planned Parenthood handles human life today.
I.G.Y. :-)
They got it right.
Instead of talking to each other, they are FaceTiming other people.
And while that looks like a plate on the table, it’s not.
It’s Alexa.
